Bryan D. Hoffman

Founder, CEO


Founder, CEO Bryan Hoffman has more than 30 years of experience in the utility infrastructure service sector. Before founding kV Power in 2012, and kVP Energy Services in 2022, Hoffman served as President and Co-Owner of Sun Electric Services, Inc., where he played a key role in the expansion and development of the company’s utility infrastructure construction and service sector. Hoffman navigated the acquisitions of Sun Electric, Tessco, and Air2, becoming the CEO of PowerLine Services. He was instrumental in the strategic growth of PLS. Hoffman is a United States Air Force veteran and served in varying leadership capacities across the globe as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance Specialist as part of the Bravo Squadron in Operation Desert Storm, The 1681 Tactical Airlift Group in Desert Storm, and Operation Just Cause.


Darrin Helman

Vice President of Project Controls


Darrin Helman is the Vice President of Project Controls at kVP Energy Services, LLC, an integrated infrastructure contractor for utility and energy companies in North America. He leads the company’s resources, procedures, and tools for the planning, monitoring, and controlling of all phases of the capital project lifecycle, including estimating, cost and schedule management, risk management, change management, earned value progressing, and forecasting for the union and non-union divisions. His role fosters trusted relationships built through best practices, integrity, and communication.


Sinisa Mandic

Senior Vice President


Sinisa Mandic joined kV Power in January of 2023 as Senior Vice President. Mandic brings more than 25 years of industry experience across various lines of business in T&D World. Mandic started his career as apprentice with IBEW and has held various field OPS and executive office positions spanning from apprentice and journeyman to VP and President. He is results driven professional with experience in development and construction of T&D infrastructure, renewables, and energy storage projects. Mr. Mandic was responsible for direct execution and team oversight on various models for operational execution (EPC, MSA) on some of the major capital projects across the US and program work for major utilities in the continental US.

Mandic is skilled in inclusive coaching and teambuilding for improved company performance, employee development and inclusion and technology integration.

Sinisa Mandic is Journeyman Wireman with IBEW and holds a B.S. in Construction Management from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and is actively pursuing his MBA from ENEB University, Barcelona, Spain


Larry Bass

Safety & Training Supervisor


Having an extensive background in electrical, underground utilities, and the fiber optics industry, Bass began his safety career in 2007 as a Safety Coordinator, specializing in the electrical industry. In recent years Larry has brought our apprenticeship program in-house to give a more specific and specialized training to our lineman and substation electricians.

CHST from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, a TX Master Electrician License, OSHA authorized trainer in both Construction and General Industry, First Aid/ CPR train the trainer, along with others.
